To maximise the profitable sale of finance, credit insurance and extended warranties to a minimum of published manufacturers penetration levels.
To contribute to the development plans, policies and procedures as required to ensure the achievement of all sales tasks smoothly and in a timely manner.
To be fully conversant with all Sales Department procedures relating to H.S.O.
To control all finance debtors.
Training and notification of finance processes to sales staff.
To operate within FSA regulations and VQM To ensure that the sales process is adhered to at all times.
To work effectively as part of the Sales Team providing accurate finance information to all customers.
To build trust, communicate well and exceed customer satisfaction expectations and Company targets.
Proven track record in a similar role, preferably in the motor trade would be advantageous but is not essential.
Able to work to a proven process
Must be FSA compliant
Must have a proven track record of achieving targets on a consistent basis.
Ability to work within a successful sales team
Must have Full Clean Driving Licence
